The company focuses on the structural design, deepening design, production manufacturing, engineering construction management, research and development of building components and intelligent production line equipment, and full process consulting and management of prefabricated residential steel structure products.The implicit frame steel structure residential system of the company can be widely used in residential, public buildings, and factories, with advantages such as good seismic performance, low steel consumption, modular and standardized processing and production, and on-site construction assembly. At present, multiple nationally renowned real estate companies have used this system, which has been widely recognized by homeowners and users. Up to now, there have been over 140 projects using this structural system or its combination structural system nationwide, with over 700 individual buildings and a total area of approximately 6 million square meters.The company, in collaboration with Tiemu Xinke Structural Design Firm, has nearly 120 personnel in architectural design, structural design, and detailed design, possessing the first level qualification for steel structure professional contracting and the ability to undertake EPC general contracting construction for buildings. The core management team of the company comes from well-known domestic steel structure companies and has completed the installation and construction of multiple difficult steel structure projects both domestically and internationally. Previously, it has completed nearly 500000 square meters of residential steel structure projects in Hainan Province, with rich experience in prefabricated residential steel structure construction management and established good cooperative relationships with major well-known real estate enterprises. At present, the company has two production bases. The Yuyao production base covers an area of 30000 square meters with an annual output of about 30000 tons, and the Xiangshan production base covers an area of 20000 square meters with an annual output of about 15000 tons.
